Currently the Government is offering significant tax free incentives to those who build and rent homes to low to moderate households through the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).

NRAS is a long term commitment by the Australian Government to invest in affordable rental housing.

With NRAS you now pay very little for an investment property with the Government paying you $9,981 per year for 10 years (indexed to CPI, over $100,000 TAX FREE monies, over a 10 year period).
