Just had my first inspection with Sue and Brian who were very lovely to meet and chat with, Brian was even a great help with an ANZ issue we were having when they arrived. We are absolutely in love with the rental house, it has great finishes through our and nice open plan kitchen dining and living easy to clean floors. The house also has great views of the city and ocean, and can’t forget the best part the main reason for choosing this house was the big park right on the front doorstep practically for the kids to play sports or on the play equipment. Great easy to maintain the garden, this house is something we can really be proud of to live in and show off to friends and family, we hope to stay here long term until we are ready to build our own house to be proud of as well.
